Allergies Have You in a Fog?

Photo from Allergy and Asthma Source blog.

I was e-mailed a link to a blog post called Allergies Have You in a Fog? 25 Helpful Tips to Combat Allergy Season. There are tips for people with spring allergies, food allergies, asthma and more. There are links for what an allergy is, how to purify air, how to find allergen-free restaurants, the medications to take, etc.

I know that, as someone with both food allergies and vicious spring allergies, these tips were pretty interesting.

Personally, I liked the 15 House Plants You Can Use As Air Purifiers. It made me want to buy a peace lily (and made me feel good about the bamboo plant I already own).

Allergy Eats was also an interesting link, sending you to a site where you can enter your allergens and search for restaurants in your area based on its level of “allergy friendliness.” I imagine such a tool is useful if you’re traveling, visiting a new town for an extended period of time, or have just moved to a new place. It’s also a great way to expand your horizons from your go-to places and try something new.
