Chocolate-Avocado Mousse with Raspberries

Need a fun, fast, chocolate-y dessert? I only had real mousse once before I knew I had a dairy allergy. I remember it being soft, light and utterly delicious. So when I found this easy dairy-free recipe, I jumped at the chance.
My roommates adored this dessert. The avocados provide the creamy texture, and the chocolate overwhelms their flavor, so don’t worry that this will taste of veggies. The raspberries make it special.
Enjoyed best in chilled glasses with a spoon and a cup of cold rice milk. Eat slowly and savor it.
2 large ripe avocados
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup agave nectar (or honey) to taste
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 pint frozen raspberries
1. Cut up avocados, put in food processor
2. Add other ingredients to food processor, process 1-2 minutes
3. Scrape down sides, process 1-2 minutes until smooth
4. Put in glasses, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
